You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Complete with all accessories and components
Free from damage, marks, or signs of use

We may be unable to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Phone Accessories

For phone cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers, holders, and other accessories, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, where permitted by applicable UK law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will review the problem and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
